Project Engineer

We are working with our client who are a leading manufacturing company based in Gateshead in their search for a Project Engineer Your primary role will involve working within the project team from conception to delivery, working directly with customers and reporting progress to all stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading and expanding international business on a permanent basis with excellent training and development opportunities. Responsibilities: * Manage orders through internal and external processes from conception to final delivery * Updates across the business and to clients regarding status updates and progress * Ensure products arrive on time and schedules are met * Be a stable point of contact for customers and clients * Engage in client meetings * Work with and adhere to process and company systems The Person * Mechanical or manufacturing background advantageous * Comfortable negotiating and liaising with clients * Commercial and technical experience * Knowledge of machining advantageous * Supportive qualifications Benefits: * 36-42k Salary based upon experience * Excellent progression opportunities * Full time permanent role * Employee benefits package * Flexible working * Gym memberships Job Type: Permanent.
