We are working with a key client who is looking to grow the structures team in their Birmingham office – wanting to double in size by the end of 2025.

They are seeking a strong Team Leader who can oversee projects and clients alike, whilst contributing to business development alongside the Director.

This is a senior leadership position with the responsibility of managing a skilled team, ensuring technical excellence.

You will join a national consultancy, working to create a lasting legacy in all they do. 

The ideal candidate will be Chartered with a degree in civil or structural engineering and extensive UK experience. 

Not afraid to make tough decisions, liaise at all levels and assist more junior members of the team – that’s you!  You will take pride in your work and be conscious of the environmental impact.
