What You’ll Do

• Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the firm. Lead proposal development and networking efforts to secure new projects and partnerships.
• Lead Structural Projects: Manage all project phases, from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Foster Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide Technical Leadership: Oversee the preparation of structural calculations, designs, and specifications while ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver cohesive and innovative project solutions.
• Mentor and Develop Team Members: Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and professional growth.

What You’ll Bring

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred), PE license (SE preferred), and 10+ years of experience in structural engineering and project management.
• Business Acumen: Proven experience in business development, client engagement, and expanding market presence.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and in-depth knowledge of building codes and standards.
