From performing site investigations and condition assessments to crafting innovative designs, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping structures that inspire.
Your leadership will extend to supervising project plans, coordinating multidisciplinary designs, and solving construction-phase challenges. As a trusted mentor, you’ll foster the growth of junior engineers, sharing your technical knowledge and guidance to elevate their careers.
Beyond technical tasks, you’ll help drive business growth by preparing technical proposals, attending industry events, and nurturing client relationships. Your ability to manage project financials, staffing, and timelines will be key to your success in this role.
