Our client has a healthy pipeline of project work at various stages in the project lifecycle, from appraisal through to construction.  

Sectors include residential, commercial, retirement and care, with clients ranging from small businesses to local Government, regional contractors and national housebuilders and commercial developers.

Their structural team is looking to bring in a structural technician who has at least 3 years’ experience working within a UK consultancy and is proficient in AutoCAD.  Knowledge of Revit would be an advantage, but full training is on offer.

Experience detailing in all traditional materials, including RC, is vital and you will have knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC. 

The successful candidate will support an expanding team responsible for the design of foundations and structures. You will have the ability to provide technical input and support for reports and technical notes.
