Job Title: Structural BIM Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Structural BIM Technician to join a busy design team in Manchester. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of structural engineering projects, including high-quality office buildings, residential schemes, warehouses, schools (both new builds and refurbishments), and more. The Manchester studio, being the largest of their UK-wide offices, is known for delivering complex and innovative designs, and this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on approach and desires to make a genuine impact on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce Structural BIM Models: Create and manage BIM models using Revit for a variety of structural engineering projects.
- Coordinate with the Design Team: Work closely with Architects and other design team members to ensure alignment across all project aspects.
- Review Information Production: Oversee the work of other BIM Technicians and Engineers, ensuring high-quality production of information.
- Effective Communication: Serve as the point of contact for both internal and external parties on project-specific matters.
- Compliance: Ensure all duties are conducted in line with the CDM Regulations 2015, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
