What you’ll need to succeed:

Active Professional Engineer (PE) license

8–15+ years of structural engineering experience

Strong background in building design (steel, concrete, wood, masonry, cold-formed steel)

Ability to manage projects, coordinate with clients, and oversee deliverables

Experience working with architects, general contractors, and owners

Proficiency in Revit Structure preferred

Familiarity with analysis software (RISA, RAM, ETABS, or similar)

Excellent communication, team leadership, and time-management skills

Ability to balance multiple active projects while maintaining high quality standards
