What you’ll need to succeed:

• Active PE or SE license (required)

• 7–15+ years of progressive structural engineering experience

• Strong design background with deep understanding of structural systems

• Proven experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations

• Ability to mentor engineers and lead multidisciplinary coordination

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable participating in business development and networking

• Involvement in professional organizations strongly preferred (ASCE, SEAV, ACEC, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

• $110,000 – $175,000 base salary (experience-dependent)
