What you’ll need to succeed:

Active PE or SE license (required)

7–15+ years of progressive structural engineering experience

Strong design background with deep understanding of structural systems

Proven experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations

Ability to mentor engineers and lead multidisciplinary coordination

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Comfortable participating in business development and networking

Involvement in professional organizations strongly preferred (ASCE, SEAV, ACEC, etc.)
