To be considered for this role, you will hold a degree in engineering and be Chartered with ICE, or equivalent. Our client is eager to bring someone on who has a minimum 8 years’ practical experience in preliminary design, design management, detail design and documentation.  Experience should also include preparing specifications of Civil Engineering projects.

You would be assisting the Director and Associate Director to establish new business, with both new and existing clients. A leading role in the allocation of civil staff resources within the London office to projects, you will be working in the heart of the company and have a huge involvement in progression of projects.

You will manage the training and direction of London Civil staff including mentoring junior colleagues within the Civil team. Implementing company policy will be vital and London marketing strategy in association with the Associate Director/ Director of Business Development.
