Senior CAD Technician

Due to an increase in their project pipeline our client, a multidisciplinary consultancy, is looking to appoint a CAD Technician with around 5 years industry experience.

Based in Central Glasgow, a few minutes away from major transport links, the successful CAD Technician will benefit from a flexible hybrid working model.

Although they are a small employee-owned consultancy, they have secured a catalogue of work on various frameworks most notably with Network Rail.

Ideally, as a CAD Technician, you will possess several years’ experience of working with AutoCAD and Microdrainage although, full training will be provided to brush up on any skill gaps.

CAD Technicians must have/be

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience working with Rail/Bridges/Civils sectors.
• HND/HNC IN Civil Engineering.

Advantageous

• Experience with Civils3D and Bentley Microstation.
• Working knowledge of 3d model coordination and clash detection software such as Navisworks.

• £40,000 - £45,000.
