🔧 Façade restoration and garage repair project management from assessment to construction
📋 Condition assessments and technical reports that drive client decisions
🧱 Structural repair design, drawings, and contractor coordination
🛠 Site visits and construction administration—you’ll see your work come to life
🧠 Lead structural analysis for complex deterioration issues
🤝 Client interaction and proposal development
🌱 Team leadership and mentoring of junior engineers

What You Bring

• 5–10+ years in structural restoration or façade rehabilitation

• Experience with garage repair, condition assessments, and construction oversight

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients

• Comfort working at height and leading field investigations

• A mindset for mentoring and leading project teams
