💰 $80,000 – $100,000 annually

Do you see potential in aging structures and beauty in buildings that have stood the test of time? We’re looking for a Restoration Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of engineering precision and architectural preservation.

This is your chance to lead restoration efforts that breathe new life into historic façades, weathered parking structures, and aging urban landmarks. If you're passionate about structural rehabilitation, hands-on fieldwork, and mentoring the next generation of engineers—this role is built for you.

  • Condition Assessments: Perform hands-on evaluations using visual inspection and mechanical sounding to assess façades, garages, and other aging structures

  • Technical Reporting: Deliver detailed, clear reports that communicate findings and recommended actions

  • Design & Documentation: Draft repair drawings/specifications and coordinate bidding with qualified contractors

  • Construction Oversight: Conduct site visits—including work at height—to ensure repairs are performed to standard

  • Structural Analysis: Design reinforcement for deteriorated steel, concrete, or masonry systems

  • Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and oversee their contributions in field assessments and design development

  • Team Collaboration: Participate in group site investigations and help define repair strategies in partnership with colleagues

🎯 What You Bring

  • Strong structural analysis and detailing skills

  • Creative, solution-oriented mindset

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Confidence presenting to and collaborating with clients

  • Willingness to work on-site, including at elevated heights

  • Desire to mentor and lead junior staff members

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities

🌟 Why This Role?

  • Make a visible impact by restoring historic and functional buildings in one of the country’s oldest cities

  • Gain exposure to unique and challenging restoration projects

  • Step into a leadership role with responsibility and autonomy

  • Work with a collaborative, mission-driven team that values both technical excellence and architectural legacy

Employment Type: Permanent. Sector: Civil & Structural. Salary Description: $80,000 - $100,000.
