Mobile Gas Engineer

Position: Mobile Gas Engineer Location: Kent and South London Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday We are seeking a Mobile Gas Engineer for a global FM provider covering Kent and South London. As a Mobile Gas Engineer your role will provide commercial gas, heating, combustion and building services engineering maintenance to a variety of client properties throughout the designated region. This will include commercial gas and HVAC bias fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installation. Key Responsibilities: As a Mobile Gas Engineer, your role will encompass the following: * Responsibility for commercial combustion, heating and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded. * Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks. * To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota. * Maintain the cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops and storage areas. * To undertake new installations, major and minor repair works to clients heating systems. * Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding. * To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met. Issue of Permits to Work. * Ensure that all heating equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria. * Ensure equipment and surrounding area conforms to agreed company standards. * To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Previous experience in commercial environments providing gas, combustion and heating related building services maintenance to include fault finding, maintenance and installation. * Core Safety: COCN1 * Domestic Core Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1, ICAE1 * Commercial Gas Qualifications: TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1 * City & Guilds / NVQ level 2/3 in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical or related engineering discipline * Gas Safe Registered * IPAF / PASMA * Full UK Driving License.
