Manufacturing Engineer

JRS Associates Ltd has partnered up with an exciting manufacturer in the local area, and we're looking to add an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to the team. The position comes due to a consistent intake of healthy, long-standing contracts meaning a need for an experienced precision engineer. The Successful Manufacturing Engineer - Package: * £45,000 to £50,000 per annum * Days shift (Mon to Thurs, 7:30am - 4:30pm & Friday, 7:30am - 12:30pm) * Overtime available paid at 1.5x * Holiday entitlement - 33 days (including statutory) * Company Sick Pay Scheme active after 1 year of service * Modern, Clean working environment * Free Parking The Successful Manufacturing Engineer - Requirements: * Time-served knowledge in the field of complex machining * Minimum 2 years experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role * Demonstrable experience of milling and turning including 5 axis milling * Demonstrable experience of new product introduction * Strong CAD/CAM knowledge in modelling and programming * A working knowledge of ERP systems relating to planning and engineering processes * Knowledge of Industry Standard quality requirements, AS9100, ISO9001 * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Minimum 5 years experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role (Desirable) * A working knowledge of Siemens NX CAD/CAM (Desirable) If you're interested in finding out more or you believe yourself to be the right Manufacturing Engineer for the role, apply, and if successful you'll receive a call within 48 hours explaining the next steps Job Type: Permanent.
