Due to continued investment and expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join our day shift team, who enjoy a shorter working week with every Friday off. Why Join Us? * Competitive Base Salary of £36,000 * Day Shift Only, Enjoy a 4 Day Working Week (Mon–Thu) * Every Friday Off, Guaranteed * Outstanding Company Pension Scheme * Paid Overtime Available at Premium Rates * Generous Holiday Entitlement * Free Onsite Parking * Opportunity to work in a secure, long-term engineering role Key Responsibilities – Maintenance Fitter As a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter, you will: * Carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs. * Work on a wide range of plant and equipment in a busy manufacturing environment. * Collaborate with a team of multi skilled Maintenance Engineers. * Ensure equipment operates efficiently and downtime is kept to a minimum.
