Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer Our client are a major supplier to the automotive industry, specialising in the manufacture and welded assembly of emissions control and large body in white components, using high tensile steel. They have built reputation on engineering excellence and world-class efficiency to deliver high quality, cost-effective automotive parts to their clients. We are currently recruiting for experienced Maintenance Engineer to join this business in Burnley. Key Skills required of Maintenance Engineer: * Full Engineering Apprenticeship * Electrical Engineering Level 3 qualification OR BTech HNC in electrical * Experience of working directly as Maintenance Engineer must be over 4 years * PLC (bonus if Mitsubishi) * Pneumatics/hydraulic (mechanical side) * Manufacturing experience; FMCG (bonus if automotive) * Any experience of mechanical engineering skills including full strip downs and re-builds * Knowledge of AC drive systems and inverters would be desirable In return my client are offering an market rate salary for the Maintenance Engineer and bonus, potential to earn up to £700 per year (calculated on attendance per quarter; Q1 £100, Q2 £150, Q3 £200 and Q4 £250), Life Assurance: x 1 Benefit, Pension Scheme: Pension contribution 5% employee and 3% employer etc. Shift Pattern: Days/Backs 2 weeks rotation Shifts: Days Monday – Thursday B0700-15.30 , Friday B0700-12.00 Backs Monday – Thursday B15.25 -23.55, Friday B11.40 – 16.40 For immediate consideration please send your CV to Zabina @ Quest Technical Ltd Job Type: Permanent.
