Our client, a dynamic and award-winning civil engineering consultancy based in Exeter, is looking for ambitious Graduate Civil Engineers to join their growing team. 

They will consider fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years’ experience.

This is your chance to kick-start your civil engineering career with real hands-on experience across a wide range of exciting development and infrastructure projects in the Southwest. From highways and drainage to 3D site modelling and flood risk assessments—you’ll get stuck into meaningful work from day one.

You’ll be supported by experienced Chartered Engineers and will be on a clear path toward professional qualification through an ICE-approved training scheme. There's a strong focus on learning, mentorship, and personal development—plus hybrid working and a profit-related bonus scheme.

About you:

• A degree in Civil Engineering (2:1 or above) or expecting to graduate soon
• Candidates with up to 2 years’ experience will be considered
• Good communication skills
• Work well as part of a team
• A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and progress your career
• AutoCAD experience is a bonus, but full training is provided for all software
