Civil Engineering Project Manager

Conrad Consulting Inc. are working with a respected multidisciplinary engineering firm that’s looking to bring on a Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and development projects across the tri-state area. This role is ideal for a Licensed PE with strong leadership experience and a track record of managing technical teams and high-impact projects from concept through to completion.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading project delivery—ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and budgets are on track.

• Overseeing both technical and financial aspects of projects, coordinating teams, and liaising with clients throughout.

• Managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost risks or schedule delays before they become problems.

• Reviewing design documents, ensuring QA procedures are met, and applying sound engineering principles throughout.

• Supervising and mentoring a team of engineers, CAD technicians, and support staff.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with other disciplines and supporting business development initiatives.

✅ What They're Looking For:

• PE License in NY or NJ

• 8+ years of engineering and project management experience

• Master’s degree in Engineering preferred

• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Confident handling clients and managing full project lifecycles
