Senior Structural Engineer - Project Lead

What You’ll Do:

• Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle of projects—from scoping and building client relationships to assembling top-notch teams, maintaining schedules and budgets, and delivering exceptional results.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as the structural engineering subject-matter expert. Investigate, analyze, and design repairs for a range of structures and materials, ensuring every solution meets the highest technical standards. You'll also guide interdisciplinary teams and provide high-quality technical oversight.
• Mentorship: Inspire the next generation of engineers by sharing your expertise, fostering career development, and exemplifying a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Industry Contributions: Stay at the forefront of structural engineering by engaging with professional organizations, presenting at conferences, and contributing to technical committees.

What You Bring:

• A PE license in New York (SE license a plus) and a master’s degree in structural or civil engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience with investigations, structural analysis, design, and rehabilitation of new and existing structures.
• Deep knowledge of materials like concrete, steel, wood, and masonry, along with exceptional communication skills.
