What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license

  • 8–15+ years of structural engineering experience

  • Strong background in building design (steel, concrete, wood, masonry, cold-formed steel)

  • Ability to manage projects, coordinate with clients, and oversee deliverables

  • Experience working with architects, general contractors, and owners

  • Proficiency in Revit Structure preferred

  • Familiarity with analysis software (RISA, RAM, ETABS, or similar)

  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and time-management skills

  • Ability to balance multiple active projects while maintaining high quality standards
