An established planning and engineering firm is seeking a Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to join its growing Planning and Site Design Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven civil engineer with site design experience to lead a wide variety of projects — from multi-use developments to educational and commercial sites.

As a Project Manager, you'll take the reins on project execution, mentor junior staff, lead client and municipal meetings, and provide hands-on design work using Civil 3D.

🔧 Position: Project Manager (Civil Engineer)
🧠 Experience Level: 5–10+ years

💰 Salary: $85,000–$110,000 (commensurate with experience)
🌐 Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of civil/site projects from concept through approval

• Perform hands-on design and drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Manage grading, utility layout, erosion/sediment control, and stormwater design

• Conduct site investigations and ensure zoning/NPDES compliance

• Communicate directly with clients, contractors, and municipal officials

• Attend and present at client and public meetings

• Supervise and coordinate with junior engineers and design staff

🎯 Requirements:

• EIT required, PA PE preferred

• 5–10+ years of civil/site design experience

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Strong technical knowledge of land development design and permitting

• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

• Able to manage multiple deadlines and work independently or collaboratively
