They have recently launched a 5-year growth strategy aimed at expanding their operations and establishing themselves as the go-to provider in clean energy, defence, and nuclear sectors. To support this ambitious plan, they are looking to appoint several experienced engineers in Scotland.
Their project pipeline comes from the NTSP framework, encompassing a broad range of complex and large-scale projects across the country, including site decommissioning, sea wall corrosion protection, and key nuclear and defence work.

Principal Civil/Structural Engineer Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the successful delivery of projects in Clean Energy, Nuclear, and Defence sectors.
- Validate the design of partially completed third-party work.
- Develop seismic design strategies for seawalls.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement innovative engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality controls.
- Mentor junior engineers, supporting their growth and development.
- Strive for excellence in project delivery, helping the company achieve its strategic goals.
Principal Civil/Structural Engineer Profile:
- Must be eligible for security clearance.
- A valid UK passport is required.
- Proven experience as a Structural/Civil Engineer with a successful project delivery record.
- Strong technical skills and a thorough understanding of engineering principles.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for working within the Clean Energy, Nuclear, and Defence sectors.
Benefits:
- Salary range of £55,000 to £65,000, depending on experience.
