Our client, a thriving and busy practice, is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join their offices on the outskirts of Brighton on a full-time permanent basis.

The structures team works on a wide variety of building projects, collaborating with diverse and exciting clients. As the company continues to secure challenging and innovative projects, they are looking for a proactive and motivated graduate to join their team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work on a broad range of projects, designing in most structural materials
• Contribute to projects from the feasibility stage all the way through to completion
• Collaborate with senior engineers and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Apply engineering principles to solve structural challenges and deliver high-quality solutions

Ideal Candidate:

• Recently graduated
• A proactive approach to work with a passion for structural engineering
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to learn and progress within a supportive and dynamic team
