Structural Project Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee design, analysis, and coordination of project documents.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with architects, clients, and contractors.
• Stay ahead of schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.
• Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of structural design experience (project management experience a plus!).
• PE license (or on track to obtain one soon). NY State license preferred.
• Civil Engineering degree (Master’s preferred).
• Proficiency in structural codes, materials (steel, concrete, wood, etc.), and software (RISA, ETABS, SAFE, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
