Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering teams while overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
• Direct project schedules, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and review detailed site development plans from conceptual design through construction documentation.
• Design and oversee stormwater management systems, water and wastewater infrastructure, roadway improvements, parking facilities, and associated construction details and specifications.
• Prepare technical assessments, analyses, inventories, reports, and engineering documentation.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates for public and private sector clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships while supporting business development and pursuing new project opportunities.
• Coordinate with project partners, regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Establish technical approaches, provide engineering guidance, and support public presentations, meetings, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership across project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ Years experience in Land Development
• Extensive experience in civil engineering consulting with a proven record of project and team leadership.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong background in site development, stormwater management, utility infrastructure, roadway design, and permitting processes.
• Experience managing client relationships, project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with municipal approval processes, environmental review requirements, and regulatory coordination.
• Proficiency with CAD-based design platforms; experience with Civil 3D preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
