What you’ll bring

• 10+ years in civil engineering (stormwater & utilities ideal)

• BS/MS in Civil, Environmental, or Landscape Engineering

• NYS PE preferred (EIT considered)

• Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or MicroStation expertise (HydroCAD a plus)

• Leadership mindset — technical guidance + mentorship
