Resident Engineer

Our client is urgently seeking a resident engineer in their London office. You will join a leading provider of all construction related services who embrace technology and pioneering new techniques.

They are seeking a talented candidate who can deliver a range of projects and work as a positive team member to provide technical advice. Proficient communicator who can liaise at all levels with internal and external parties, and able to demonstrate extensive engineering and project management experience.
About you:
- Degree in civil or structural engineering
- Experience working on projects, and being responsible for day-to-day workload
- Supervising design and production output
- Confident in communicating project updates to senior management
- Capable of working on challenging projects, delivering within programme
- Experience managing colleagues to ensure tasks achieve project milestones
- In depth knowledge of CDM Regulations
The successful candidate will carry out on-site tests and inspections, audit sub-contractors and monitor & maintain records to produce quality reports.
You will also be required to carry out general inspections and respond to site queries.
