What you’ll need to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution

5–10+ years of U.S. land development experience

EIT required; PE preferred or actively pursuing licensure

Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Proven experience with site design, utilities, grading, and stormwater systems
