As Associate Director, you’ll be responsible for leading the structural team, managing and mentoring engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of building structures projects. You’ll work closely with regional and national directors, contributing to business strategy while maintaining hands-on involvement in key schemes and assisting in expanding the team.

You’ll bring a strong local network and a track record of winning work, along with excellent business development and client relationship skills.
