Senior Structural Engineer

Known for delivering architecturally significant and technically complex structures around the world, this firm is now expanding its US operations — and looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to play a key role in its NYC office.

🧱 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of structural design packages across a range of high-profile building projects, from early concept through construction

• Collaborate with international teams of engineers, BIM specialists, and architects on innovative, performance-driven design solutions

• Conduct advanced structural analysis, modeling, and design across steel, concrete, and composite systems

• Coordinate with project stakeholders, attend client and design meetings, and provide technical leadership on deliverables

• Contribute to the development of junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment

• Stay hands-on throughout the project lifecycle — including site coordination and construction-phase services

🛠 Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering for buildings

• PE licensure in NY or working toward licensure (SE a plus)

• Strong design and analysis skills across major structural materials (steel, concrete, PT, etc.)

• Proficiency in structural software such as ETABS, RAM, RISA, SAP2000, and Revit

• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in multidisciplinary teams

• A passion for design excellence and problem-solving in technically demanding environments
