About the Role:

In this role, you’ll manage a wide range of structural projects, coordinate closely with the drafting team, and ensure that all deliverables meet the firm’s high standards. You’ll also play a key role in liaising with clients, architects, and contractors, while having the freedom to bring creative solutions to complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple structural engineering projects from concept through completion

• Coordinate with drafting staff to produce accurate, high-quality designs using Revit Structure

• Maintain the company’s rigorous standards for drawing quality and technical precision

• Handle full project lifecycle responsibilities, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation

• Attend client meetings and conduct site visits as needed

• Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders including owners, architects, and contractors

• Apply creative, out-of-the-box thinking to engineering challenges

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Required:

  • Licensed P.E. in Virginia

  • Proven structural engineering and project management experience

  • Proficiency in Revit Structure

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Team-oriented and deadline-focused

  • Reliable track record of delivering quality work

• Preferred:

  • Strong creative problem-solving skills

  • A passion for innovative and efficient engineering solutions
