Senior Geotechnical Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Lead geotechnical investigations, lab testing programs, and foundation design (deep and shallow)

• Perform slope stability, settlement, seismic, and retaining wall analyses

• Prepare geotechnical reports and technical documentation for agencies and developers

• Collaborate with civil, structural, and environmental project teams

• Mentor junior engineers to foster technical excellence and professional growth

• Participate in client meetings and provide technical input to support business development

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred)

• 4–8 years of geotechnical consulting experience

• PE license (or ability to obtain within 12 months)

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, timely technical work

• Strong communication skills for client and team collaboration
