We’re working with a forward-thinking engineering firm in Philadelphia that’s seeking a Restoration Project Manager to lead a variety of façade restoration, structural repair, and parking structure rehabilitation projects. This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for preservation engineering, field work, and team leadership.
You won’t just be handing off drawings — you’ll own projects from condition assessment to completed repairs, shaping the skyline and restoring historic buildings in one of America’s most storied cities.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Perform condition assessments using hands-on inspection methods and mechanical sounding

Lead the creation of detailed repair drawings, technical reports, and specifications

Engage directly with clients to present restoration strategies and tailored proposals

Oversee construction and on-site work, including elevated site visits

Design structural reinforcements for concrete, masonry, and steel systems

Manage project timelines and contractor coordination

Mentor junior engineers in both field and design capacities
