From designing and rehabilitating specialized enclosures and structures to creating cutting-edge facades, they thrive on solving complex challenges with ingenuity and professionalism.

The Role:
As a Façade Designer/Engineer, you’ll contribute to technically sophisticated projects, collaborating in a dynamic and inclusive environment. You’ll play a vital role in designing and detailing building envelopes and specialty enclosures from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with codes and exceeding client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferred: Master’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or Building Systems & Sustainability.
• Bonus: Certified Passive House (PH) designer.
• Experience: At least 2 years in façade and specialized enclosure design for cultural, commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper/Dynamo, and energy modeling tools like LBNL THERM and Honeybee.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of building enclosure systems, glass products, and compliance with IBC, IECC, and ASHRAE standards.
