Manage multi-phase remediation efforts involving concrete restoration, masonry, waterproofing, stucco, and façade systems—from investigation through construction completion.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering

  • 3+ years of experience in building remediation, restoration, or construction inspection

  • EIT preferred; PE a plus

  • Strong knowledge of concrete restoration, façade systems, masonry, and waterproofing

  • Experience with repair scopes, construction documents, and field inspections

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable traveling 60–80% regionally

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
