Hybrid working (Mainly WFH with weekly visits to the office or travel to sites in the Midlands and Northeast areas)

An Associate Level Structural Engineer is sought to join a practice located in near Derby, do you consider yourself to be talented and ambitious with aspirations to be a future leader, if so, we would like to hear from you.

You should have a good working knowledge of design and construction in a range of materials, from reinforced concrete to structural steelwork.

Projects are currently primarily in the residential sector, from private clients, developers, and architects, Strong technical experience, ideally with industrial structures background.

You should be a pro-active Chartered Structural Engineer, keen to join a highly motivated, ambitious, and professional team.

• Managing a team of Engineers and Technicians,
• Supervision and mentoring of junior members of staff,
• Attendance at client and design team meetings,
• Preparation of fee proposals and support on major bids, Involvement in business development activities,
• MEng in civil or structural engineering,
• A Chartered engineer
• A minimum of 10 years' structural engineering design experience
