What you’ll be doing...
Project manages the Site Acquisition process for new 4G and 5G small Cell locations. Creates and awards bids to site acquisition vendors responsible for locking down new small cell locations. Project manages and coordinates the small cell approval process by working directly with site acquisition vendors, local municipalities, and RF engineers.
Project manages the financial, contractual, and regulatory approval process. Has the ability to coordinate with multiple work groups to insure the proper approvals are received prior to construction process.
Has the ability to work in multiple databases to insure dates, milestones, and critical information is well documented throughout the project. Has the skills to generate reports on critical timelines and pertinent information.
Project manages regional network construction of Small Cell site projects including new Small Cell turn ups, Small Cell expansions, reconfigurations, and system upgrades.
Works closely with Real Estate, Equipment Engineers and Facilities Engineers to ensure cell site construction issues are cleared and requirements are met.
Work with outside vendors including General Contractors and Architectural & Engineering firms on project design and priorities to meet VZW standards and build schedules.
Hosts weekly routine planning and working sessions with critical stakeholders and regional Network Assurance Managers to review project scope, define issues, develop deliverables and associated timelines, assign primes and track action items.
Develops and maintains a detailed schedule for each project and actively manage the scheduled tasks with outside vendors including major milestones, action items, long lead purchases and any other commitments that would impact the project schedule.
Analyzes implication of changes from the original schedule and take required corrective actions to ensure the project stays on track.
Provides regular project status reports to management and the project team.
Coordinates and oversees the issuance of RFPs and the evaluation of responses, based on VZW purchasing requirements, and provide detailed analysis and recommendations for the best candidates.
Reviews quotes and issues purchase orders using PeopleSoft Purchasing system. Manages receipts related to the purchase orders and ensure that invoices are paid in a timely manner according to federal and state regulations.
Maintains the regional monthly cell capital plan ensuring spending accuracy in monthly forecasting and performing monthly true-ups of YTD monthly spending by budget item.

You’ll need to have:
Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suites.
Knowledge of fiber installation and standards.
Even better if you have:
Experience with wireless leasing or zoning.
Demonstrated budget tracking, cost estimation and cost accounting of large scale capital plans.
Excellent writing, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Independent worker, strong decision maker.
