Our client is seeking a capable and enthusiastic Structural Engineer to join their close-knit and collaborative team. Whether you're working toward Chartered status, or already a Chartered Engineer, this is an opportunity to develop your career in a supportive environment—working on a variety of small to medium-sized projects valued up to £10 million.

 

They are based in Cambridgeshire, and serve property owners, developers, architects, and construction professionals from London to Lincolnshire.  

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and analysing structures for residential and commercial projects
  • Preparing calculations, reports and high-quality drawings
  • Working with architects, builders, and clients to develop effective solutions
  • Ensuring designs meet all relevant regulations and codes of practice
  • Contributing to a team focused on clarity, quality and helpful service

 

About You

  • Degree qualified in Structural or Civil Engineering
  • Experienced in delivering projects in the UK
  • Familiar with Eurocodes and/or British Standards
  • Able to communicate technical information clearly and confidently
  • Competent with software such as AutoCAD, Tekla Tedds, or similar
  • A team player who enjoys learning and sharing knowledge with others
